SmartWorks Tech builds workflow automation tools that may connect to email and business systems when authorized by a user or administrator. We collect and use information only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the services we operate.

Information We Process

Depending on the features enabled, SmartWorks Tech may process account details, connected mailbox metadata, message metadata, rule configuration, review decisions, audit events, and authentication information. OAuth tokens and similar credentials are stored for service operation and protected using server-side access controls.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to connect authorized accounts, apply user-configured rules, support review workflows, maintain MFA and account security, provide dashboards, and diagnose service issues.
