SmartWorks Tech provides workflow automation and connected mailbox tools for authorized users. Users are responsible for connecting only accounts they are permitted to manage and for reviewing automation rules before enabling actions that affect live mailboxes or business records.

Service Use

The service may perform actions such as reviewing, moving, forwarding, labeling, or deleting messages when configured by an authorized user. SmartWorks Tech should be used with appropriate internal approval, mailbox access, and operational review procedures.
